Please keep in mind that it's designed for Burning Board 3.1 which corresponds to Community Framework 1.1, not WoltLab Suite 3.1!
PS: Forget it. The download refers to WoltLab's pluginstore, but those old packages have been deleted already. You might ask LiberrY for the download.
