Logo design is the hardest kind of design. I myself have no talent for it and have not yet found a designer who could create a logo that I really liked.
The extension package is only an adaptation of the already existing logo to your own forum and not an individually created logo.
The only capable logo designer I can think of is LoSti, but the logos are more in the direction of gaming:
You can describe what you have in mind for the logo, maybe we can find something for you or I can think of something.

you have to set the progress manually. There is no way to count properly since this is only a simple plugin.

Install as a package means that you install the plugin by uploading the download:
Replace:

and the plugin is ready.

Yes it is compatible with 5.4.
There is a manual progress bar where you can enter a value from time to time. There is no automatic calculation.
