I run linuxsat-support.com and I am preparing an upgrade of our WoltLab Suite from 5.4 to 6.2.
I own licences for WoltLab Suite Core: Style Core and WoltLab Suite Core: Style BlackOps, and I have purchased and downloaded the 6.2.0 versions of both.
Both archives cannot be installed, because their package.xml declares:

<requiredpackage minversion="4.1.2">com.cls-design.style.helperPack</requiredpackage>
My installation currently has:

In my customer download area I can only find Core, BlackOps and ShapeShifter — the Language Package and Style Helper Package are not offered there in any 4.x version.
Could you please provide com.cls-design.style.languagePack 4.1.2 and com.cls-design.style.helperPack 4.1.2 (or newer)?
One additional note that may be related: I have added your update server https://www.cls-design.com/shop/update/9-6-2/ in my ACP with my customer credentials. It reports as "online", but returns an empty package list (0 packages). A request to that URL returns a valid but empty <section name="packages">. If the packs are meant to be delivered through the update server, something may not be matching on my licence.
These styles are used by around 1,900 of our members, so I would very much like to keep them after the upgrade.
